Tend and Keep acts as a reminder of what we can do to protect our Earth. What’s interesting about this short (and probably the series as a whole) is how it connects religious leaders to what can be done and how they can influence and affect those around them.

Whether you are a religious person or not, it’s quite interesting to see what can be done for our planet within our own communities. The only way in which we can make it through is by forming community, and that’s truly what everyone who talks during the short is trying to convey.

The truth is that by watching Tend and Keep, you will feel like you are part of something bigger than yourself. It is easy to forget, in the chaos of our daily lives, that we belong somewhere and that there is so much we can do for one another.

But beyond the message in everything said throughout the short film, what stands out most is the beautiful scenery we are shown. Every image is a reminder of the beauty that hides within our planet. It’s a reminder of everything that surrounds us. It’s a reminder to stop and touch grass or smell the roses. 

If this is part one of a bigger series, it’ll be interesting to see what else can be said and shown to appeal to the audience and remind them of everything that matters.
